Hamish FlemingHamish brings to his teaching a high level of awareness and experience in encouraging young people to break through their self-imposed boundaries so that they can take on a personal commitment to excel.  As he teaches, he provides cutting-edge thinking to enable students to exceed their expectations.

Hamish has over 8 years professional experience gained within specialised educational environments and varied educational, practical, and managerial roles within outdoor and creative activities.  His core educational experience is as a learning mentor for learners excluded from mainstream education ages 12 to18 and as an instructor for ages 5 to 50, including those with special needs, youth groups and has led team building activities.  His relevant employment includes Skateboarding/Mentoring 360 Learning Dorset, Skateboarding Instructor John Cattle Skate Club Isle of Wight, Learning Mentor Respect4Us Norwich, 4 years  Learning Mentor Avon Tyrrell Youth Achievement Foundation,  and 2 years Outdoor Activities Instructor Tile Barn Outdoor Centre. He is particularly thoughtful about safety and puts this commitment at the heart of every teaching environment he creates.
